Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of www.manikantaconstructions.info, its enquiry forms and related communication channels operated by Manikanta Constructions. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or booking a consultation or site visit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Manikanta Constructions

Manikanta Constructions is a construction and interiors business based in Uppal, Hyderabad. Services may include residential and commercial construction, residential and commercial interiors, turnkey execution, architectural planning, 3D visualisation, renovation, carpentry and finishing, subject to location, technical feasibility, availability and written acceptance.

Website enquiries are preliminary

Website content, calls, messages, consultations, indicative prices and preliminary estimates are for initial discussion only. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding project contract or require either party to proceed. A project becomes binding only after Manikanta Constructions accepts it in writing and the relevant quotation, scope, specifications, payment schedule and agreement are approved or signed.

Project documents prevail

Every construction or interior project may have separate quotations, drawings, bills of quantities, material specifications, exclusions, payment milestones, timelines, warranties, change orders and other project documents. If these Terms conflict with signed project documents, the signed project documents will govern the specific project.

Pricing, estimates and taxes

Website prices, packages and examples are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final cost may depend on site inspection, soil and structural conditions, built-up area, floor count, design, material selections, labour and transport availability, statutory approvals, utilities, taxes and customer changes. Applicable GST, government charges, approval fees and third-party costs may be additional unless included in writing.

Payments and milestones

Payment amounts, due dates, milestones, mobilisation charges and consequences of delayed payment will be stated in the accepted project documents. Manikanta Constructions may pause work, procurement or delivery when an undisputed payment remains overdue. Payments should be made only through officially communicated channels and supported by a receipt or invoice.

Timelines and delays

Project schedules are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise. Timelines may change because of customer approvals, design revisions, delayed payments, site readiness, title or access issues, government approvals, utility work, weather, labour or material shortages, transport restrictions, third-party defaults, safety concerns or other events beyond reasonable control. Any contractual delay protection applies only when expressly included in signed project documents.

Changes, additional work and cancellations

Customer-requested changes, additional quantities, revised specifications or concealed site conditions may affect cost and time and should be approved in writing before execution. Cancellation, refund eligibility, deductions, settlement of completed work and release of documents will be governed by the accepted quotation or project agreement. Costs already incurred for design, surveys, procurement, mobilisation, labour or completed work may be non-refundable.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, lawful site access, proof of ownership or authority, required approvals and timely decisions and payments. Customers should review drawings, specifications, materials and milestone requests within reasonable time, disclose known site or title issues and avoid giving unauthorised instructions directly to workers or vendors outside the agreed communication process.

Designs, approvals and third parties

Architectural, structural, interior or visual materials are subject to technical feasibility and written approval. Municipal permissions, utilities, loans, specialist consultants, suppliers and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms and authority decisions. Assistance by Manikanta Constructions does not guarantee approval, finance, utility connection or performance by an independent third party.

Quality, handover and warranties

Quality standards, inspection processes, snag rectification, handover conditions and warranties are governed by the relevant project documents. Images, renders, sample finishes and portfolio photographs are illustrative; natural material variation and differences caused by site conditions, lighting, availability or approved substitutions may occur. No warranty is created by website content alone.

Acceptable website use

You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious purposes; submit false enquiries; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or operation; upload harmful content; scrape project, pricing or contact data; or copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website materials without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Manikanta name, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, service descriptions and other website materials belong to Manikanta Constructions or their respective licensors. Project-specific drawings, renders, estimates, specifications and reports may remain confidential and may not be reused, distributed or implemented through another party without written permission, subject to the applicable project documents.

Privacy and communications

Personal and project information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. When you request contact, you agree that we may respond through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Electronic communications, approvals, invoices, payment confirmations and project updates may be retained as business records where permitted by law.

Website disclaimer and liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all website information will always be complete, current or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manikanta Constructions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from website use or reliance on preliminary information. Liability relating to an accepted project will be governed by the applicable signed project documents and mandatory law.

Force majeure, suspension and termination

Manikanta Constructions will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, material shortages, transport disruption, government or court orders, regulatory changes, utility failure, civil disturbance, cyber incidents or third-party default. We may suspend website access or decline, pause or terminate an engagement for non-payment, false information, abuse, unlawful conduct, safety risk or material breach, subject to signed project documents and applicable law.

Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any dispute-resolution clause in signed project documents, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction.
